      Enrolment is open from Nursery to Grade 12 for the academic year 2022-23. Students will be enrolled based on first cum first serve, subject to the availability of seats. Minimum age requirement of the students in the year of entry is as follows (as on 30th September):

      The following are the steps for Admission:

      • Apply online – submit the Enrolment Form and pay the enrolment fee
      • If required, a video interaction will be conducted with the child
      • Student applying for Grade 6 – 12 will have to take an online placement test at the discretion of the Admissions Crew
      • On confirmation of admission by School, pay the School Fees and Learning Kit Charges as per your preferred plan – either in instalments or single payment
      • Get delivery of the Learning Kit at your home address
      • Complete Student Profile Form
      • Upload Documents as required
      • Complete the Mandatory Training
      • Set-up the system and install the e-Gyān Learning Platform
      • Attend Parent Orientation Programme
      • Get started & happy learning!

      Parents shall submit the following documents before start of the classes:

      • Valid Birth Certificate of the Child
      • Valid National Identity Card of Parent / Guardians and Child (example, Aadhar Card or Passport
      • Latest Passport Size Colour Photo of Parent/Guardians and Child
      • Previous Year’s School Progress Reports or Marks Card (for admission in Class II and above)
      • Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate
      • Any other documents as required in special cases or otherwise

        Batch Timings

        The following is the Schedule of Live Classes. You would be required to select any one Batch at the time of enrolment. You will have the option to change your Batch once a month and for a maximum of three times a year. The duration of the live classes is age-appropriate and as per international standards.

        Also, please note that the students will be having ample break-time in-between the class schedule. They also get lots of opportunities to make new friends and socialise with their classmates in a safe, secured environment. The students are also going to have plenty of time outside the classroom for play and socializing.

        Note: The timings are same for Day-School and Integrated School Programme.

        There may be more than one batch running at the same time. A particular batch may be discontinued if there are less than ten students enrolled. Such students will be accommodated in the other Batch timings available.

        Language Classes will be held in break-out rooms.

        Studies show that students who turn their webcams on while taking a class tend to learn more. So, it is mandatory for students to have both webcam and audio, on their computer, on at all times. All live class recordings will be shared with students in batch thanks to our secure platform!

        The Pre-Primary Program caters to students aged 3 to 6 years. It includes the following Grades:

        The Pre-Primary Curriculum provides an age-appropriate, activity-based academic plan for every grade. The curriculum content is based on the National Curriculum Framework, alongside best educational practices with an emphasis on every child’s unique learning styles. Values, morals, and ethics for the preschoolers are weaved into our programs with stories & narratives to nurture & build a strong character, independent mind and confident leaders of tomorrow.

        The main subject areas are:

        • Communication and Language
        • Personal, Social and Emotional Development
        • Literacy
        • Mathematics/ Numeracy
        • Understanding the World
        • Expressive Arts and Design
        • Music and Movement

        Only English Language is taught in Pre-Primary. Students can start learning additional languages from Grade 1 in Primary.

        Learning Material Kit delivered home for written work and home works:

        • Engaging, Skill-based Set of Concept Books and Workbooks
        • Student Merchandise – ID card, Almanac and Annual Planner

        Essential Requirements

        The students who enrol will require:

        • Access to broadband (hi-speed internet) with, minimum 10 Mbps download speed
        • A computer (Desktop or Laptop) with webcam and audio that enables the students to attend live classes. We do not recommend the use of mobile phones and tablets due to small screen size and limited functionalities.
        • Comfortable table, chair, book storage space, and essential stationery including notebooks for written work and home work
        • Learning Kit (ordered online after enrolment and delivered at home by e-Gyān School)
        • A quiet space with a good background wall or curtains will enrich the learning time.
        • Presence of Learning Coach is mandatory for Pre-Primary students and recommended for other students. Learning Coach is a parent or a competent adult who can supervise the live classes and follow-up with the homework schedule.
